This anthology is a selection of articles published in the fanzine Nineteen (named after a title of the Dogs) which, in the 80s (1982-1988), echoed this rock'n roll effervescence that did not recognize itself in the new wave or in the big cavalry of the charts. Simple shooting stars or inescapable references, they make rock not just a "compensation of a lack of living" or a consumption of manufactured products for young people.
As a bonus, a history of the newspaper and its "will", sent at the time only to subscribers, which shed light on the context in which the articles were written.
